


Fluffy Lemon Cake 425g
Baking mix for fluffy lemon cake consisting of:
415 g baking mix
10g Decorating snow
Bake a fluffy lemon cake quickly and easily with this baking mix.
You will also need:
150 g eggs (approx. 3 eggs, size M)
200 g cream
Preheat the oven to 150°C over/under and line a 20cm round pan with baking paper. Mix the baking mixture with the eggs and cream using a hand mixer on the lowest setting, then beat on the highest setting for about 3 minutes. Smooth the mixture into the prepared baking pan and sprinkle with half of the icing sugar. Bake for about 50 minutes, remove from the tin and leave to cool completely. Then sprinkle with the rest of the icing sugar.

Baking Mix: Sugar, WHEAT FLOUR, starch (including WHEAT), emulsifiers (E 472a, E 472b), baking powder [acidity regulators (glucono-delta-lactone, diphosphates), raising agent sodium hydrogen carbonate], glucose syrup, MILKPOWDER, natural lemon flavor with other natural flavors,EGG WHEAT POWDER, thickener xanthan gum. Decorative snow (2.4%): Sugar.
