Buttercream mix 400g
Airy and snow-white cream for cake filling or vanilla-flavoured decorating cream. This mix is whipped with water and milk and is ready to use immediately. Use it to fill croissants, decorate cakes or cupcakes.
Basic recipe: mix 150g Fluffy Icing Cream with 100ml skimmed milk and 100ml water for 3 minutes with a hand mixer on high
Ingredients:
Sugar, low-fat cocoa powder, gelatine (beef), natural flavourings. May contain traces of NUT, ALMOND, MILK, EGG and WHEAT.
